The final printed work we made in September 2011 for EXARC was a new flyer. The idea was to use this together with the free distribution of old copies of EuroREA in the conference season. EuroREA is the old journal of EXARC. This way EXARC could better promote itself. In November 2011, the new EXARC Journal will follow, with a new name and design, also to be developed by Mohini Visions. Besides that, we will still make some small products like website banners, ID passes for the members and a digital newsletter.
The design of the flyer is similar to the roll-up banners we made in the same month. One face shows a number of pictures with the museums of several of our members, finished with the EXARC logo and website; on the back face we applied the background we had developed earlier and added three texts with the basic activities of EXARC.

For the Groen Links (Green Left) convention a lot of work was done to create a good image. This because Brechtje Paardekooper wanted to be elected on the 6th position of the Senate for her party - Groen Links. Different formats and sizes of the flyer were discussed (with several custom fit examples at hand). At the end, a choice was made for A5 (half letter size).

A mailing was prepared for 8,000 addressees, containing the calendar of Events of 2011 and a nice letter about the upcoming Hindu Family Camp (4/0, #60 white offset). For the header of the letter, we used the design previously used for the advert. The footer, the design was taken from the calendar. We are trying to make consistent designs, which give a good impression as well as unity. The envelope (half letter size: 9x6 inch) was printed with the same logo and description design as on the letter.

The advert was made both in full colour and in Black & White. The B&W version was printed in an American magazine together with an advert for the "Discourses on TV Asia". The full colour version was used for different flyers and can also be posted at nearby events or at other centres. In the past, Mohini Visions has already made several products for the Hindu Family Camp.

To get more attention on the homepage we have created two adverts in Flash, which are shown one after the other. Those adverts are needed to get the visitors to a dedicated part of the website. The site itself is quite old and many elements are made in Flash. We had to make a design which would not overwhelm the rest of the index page, but still get enough attention.

A year after we had made a website for the "Hindu Family Camp" the request came to make a flyer as well. This should replace the previous one, which was already used for five years. We thought it was best to make a design following the one of the website. The flyer is made in letter size, portrait, full color and can be printed on demand on location. By using different photos, each time another sphere can be created, for example different for the Summer Camps and the Winter Camps.

After two years it was about time for a new folder (the old one had been reprinted twice). There were new offers as well as new information for the target groups. The size and style were adjusted but we tried to play with the same ideas as previously. Besides the existing colours of the corporate design another colour was introduced as well as a new font. The size is A4, folded lengthwise (after folding it is 29.7 cm (11.1’’) tall and 10.5 cm (4.1’’) wide). Circulation 1,000 pieces, 4/4, 170g mat coated paper.

For Mela at Barsana Dham, again we were asked to design a flyer and a folder. First the flyer needed to be made because it is distributed all over town weeks ahead. Flyer was printed with the organizer themselves, letter size, landscape, full color. Later on, this flyer was changed from landscape to portrait size, the text was updated a bit – this flyer was distributed at busy places where people have little time to read. See images for both flyers and the folder.
