In the same style as other products done lately (2011) for JKP Radha Madhav Dham - we have also made a template, letter size, which pracharaks can use to present their program of activities with - so the only information they need to add is the activity information itself. The header is derived from the one on website and the digital newsletters. The colors, fonts et cetera follow the Corporate Identity style developed since April 2011. See website and new template of the emailing list.

EXARC stationary and envelopes

September 2011

For the first time in their history, EXARC decided to have us design a printed stationary with fitting envelopes for them. At an earlier stage we had already designed envelopes for a specific purpose but this time the need was for something more general. As some of the products had to have a neutral design (like the shield and the stationary), we made a pattern consisting of old drawings which are connected with archaeology. We then applied this pattern in all products (in the colors olive green and chestnut red).

Besides a logo and website, this group of teenagers also needed a letterhead. They write official letters for different campaigns like when they collect money for First Aid packages for the homeless in Austin, TX. Therefore, a professional look was needed. We prepared it as template in MS Word for practical and fast use. As with the logo, we only applied two colours. Besides that we have simplified the logo. See the Images for all products (logo, letter head and website).

When this organisation changed name, among others it was necessary to produce a new letterhead and envelopes to go with it. These are based on the old letterhead but now with a few tweaks. We used for example the same font everywhere. Besides that, on all parts we used similar distances and colours. Some parts were printed at the printer’s, like the envelopes and the master letterhead – on 24# Classic Linen Writing- Baronial Ivory. It was printed with one colour. As extra we had written the name in golden letters (this was done with a stamp).

November 2010

A mailing was prepared for 8,000 addressees, containing the calendar of Events of 2011 and a nice letter about the upcoming Hindu Family Camp (4/0, #60 white offset). For the header of the letter, we used the design previously used for the advert. The footer, the design was taken from the calendar. We are trying to make consistent designs, which give a good impression as well as unity. The envelope (half letter size: 9x6 inch) was printed with the same logo and description design as on the letter.

To go with the website we created a design for documents which would be made off line but were meant for publication on line. The style should follow the line already created, it should be easy to print on home printer and also easy to created for different users. So with the background image (colour and black&white) in a MSWord document, with a margin of 0.2''. Different templates were also prepared in Word (with logos of the 8 museums and the theme symbols - also designed by Mohini Visions). Here a few examples from 2nd conference.
