Folder "Invitation for a Retreat Program"

This personal invitation was made referring to the possibility for a Retreat Week which would take place in October 2011. Just like with the new calendar, it would be a way to draw more attention to future events. In previous years, a simple and impersonal email was sent only. This year, the idea was that a more personal approach would lead to a higher participation. The website included a separate part with more information and the option to register.
The invitation was made in the charming “gate fold”, creating a clear sense of inside – outside. We selected light colours for the outside in order to create a “wow” feeling when opening the folder. The invitation was printed in a circulation of 600, 4/4 on 80# glossy cover, lettersize (8.5 x 11 inch - 21.6 x 27.9 cm).
Besides this we had made a custom fit envelope (printed as well, half lettersize, in a single colour) and an inlay with information about the programme and pricing (on coloured paper, printed in one single colour).
