Animation for a film: "The speed in!"

November 1st 2009, the treaty on waste of ships will come into effect. The countries participating are Germany, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The treaty is meant to protect the environment. In the Netherlands, the treaty is incorporated in legislation under the name "Scheepsafvalstoffenbesluit".
For the national body for water regulations ("Rijkswaterstaat"), Jan Stap, Research & Communication made a information film about the enforcement of this over de "Scheepsafvalstoffenbesluit". Mohini Visions prepared a short animation for this film. This, just like the film itself, is made in HD format, being 1920 x 1080 pixels.
